MANDATE:
Produce an annual executive meeting, as well as define team building moments for the group in an uncommom environment. Another requirement was to manage the arrival/departure and transportation of over 100 guests throughout this remote resort in the Arctic wilderness.
OUTCOME:
Clik sourced vendors from Helsinki as well as worked closely with the polar resort to produce a successful conference with State-of-the-Art audio-visual equipment and cozy local decoration that allowed Initiative to highlight their achievements and « Trailblaze » into the year ahead. Highlights included a massive ice wall including a hand carved company logo that served as the perfect backdrop for frozen photo ops and the Northern lights.
